“I dropped my laptop off for a screen replacement. Upon plugging it in he immediately noticed that my DVD player was no longer working. He replaced the screen and said he had an incompatible DVD player in a defective laptop he owned and there was no charge for the part! I tipped him a little extra for getting it done so fast. Will definitely use again!“

“My Monday afternoon was interrupted by the dreaded Blue screen of death on my desk top computer. After getting it restarted it ran for a few minutes before again going to the blue screen. I originally chose All Tech Solutions due to their close proximity to my home. I called and spoke with Allen and was able to drop my desk top’s tower off for repair the same after noon. Being confined to a wheelchair I spend most of my time working inline so being without my computer is tantamount to a disaster for me. When I met Allen I found him very knowledgeable as I discussed what happened and my concerns.Two days later I have my computer back and running better than ever. Allen did a fantastic job with the repair of my computer going above and beyond what I think most places would do, giving them a 5 star review seems lacking.
