FSI has consistently delivered great service with very competent staff. Greg and his assistant were pleasant, polite and professional. They replaced a sump pump and a sewage ejection pump, leaving the installations better than the original. We highly recommend FSI for consistently providing very qualified service technicians.
Called stress full of anxiety anxious praying for a miracle. ANGIE took the call, and WOW she is AMAZING! I called her told her my tank was empty, that I had no hot water for my 1 year old granddaughter, and within 15 minutes the company was at my home fueling it up! ANGIE IS AN ASSET to that company her customer service and her empathy to our situation was 10 OUT OF 10! THANK YOU SO MUCH! That’s customer service top notch! NOTED for sure!! Call them THEY GOT YOU!!
Greg and his assistant Carine were prompt, courteous and efficient. Greg when completed with installation of the carbon filter/ whole house Atlas filter, took time to explain how it works. Carine did an excellent job installing our disposal system, as well. Likewise, Greg took time to explain how to operate the disposal system correctly. We appreciate the excellent service that we received from FSI Plumbing! Thank you!
