Ecco is great and have worked with them for years. They always come the same day, even valentine's night at 9pm when our heat stopped working. They don't upsell you; they fix your older equipment and are honest when it really needs replaced.

Steve was able to come out, quickly diagnose the problem, and remain in communication as the part shipped from Canada, and then successfully fixed our issue. Highly recommend ECCO, especially for residential PTAC units, and will be requesting Steve in the future!

They told me I needed a new boiler that would of costed me thousands. I a trusted friend come over and he cleaned it out that's all that needed to be done echo HVAC was just to fat and lazy to do his job. Just needed a cleaning . And I'm a disabled veteran so he left me with no heat in 20 degree weather and was fine with it . Disgusting.
