We had an exceptional experience with SERVPRO of Mid-Outer Cape Cod. We needed our 40+ year old basement thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Servpro was very responsive and worked with our timeline to get the job done. Richard and Jose worked tirelessly in very hot conditions, staying late at our home to make sure every detail was completed. Our basement has never looked so good!
We have used SERVPRO of Mid-Outer Cape Cod before and will definitely use them again! They communicate well, keep their appointments, and do a great job… just what we are after in a service company. We recommend these folks highly.
Jeremy and Sean are truly our heros!! Our hot water heater burst Friday night, ugh!! Our heating guys came Saturday and installed a new water heater, yay!! Now what to do about all the water! One call to Servpro and Jeremy and Sean were here in no time. They came and literally conquered our water logged basement! They carefully pumped out the water, took stuff out of boxes and put the contents on one of our banquet tables to keep safe and hauled away the water logged items and boxes.
