“Dave and Jake are exceptional! I arrived at our house after having been away for a couple weeks and walked into our 1st floor buckled like I’ve never seen before. I immediately looked for a plumber and called Dave. He answered the call, listened to my plight and said he’d be over in a few minutes. Bottom line…Dave and his son Jake arrived at a septic backup…dug up the septic cover and revealed a clogged pipe that wasn’t allowing water to exit and thus caused a water backup into the house while we were away.
I couldn’t recommend these guys enough!“

The technician was in and out of there within an hour, completely repaired the unit so that it worked properly, and followed up with a phone call to explain exactly what was done. “New to the area, we found Aqua on google. we didn’t install the system ourselves and we wanted to know what we were dealing with. Doug and his team helped us with a variety of needs including servicing / cleaning, repair of corroded line sets, clean up poor installation and drywall patch. Doug was very helpful in explaining the issues as it was a large expense. When the tech Tyler left, the system was in tip top shape. We used the system and discovered one of the units wasn’t draining properly. Emailed Doug in the evening and by the time I called the office the next morning they already had a tech on the way out. He quickly repaired the issue - yet another present from the prior owner installation. “Harwichport Heating and cooling is the company I have used for quite a few years. This year my Rheem furnace from the late 70's decided the iigniter was not going to work Sure we need a new furnace but I'm a New Englander so the saying is "use it up or wear it out. " The igniter was very hard to find as apparently Rheem doesn't make it anymore and the part had to be sourced several times, but they found one. They didn't give up, they sent a skilled person to do the work and while making me aware I will soon need a new furnace, they didn't pressure me. I appreciate them and expect you will likewise be rewarded with satisfaction.“
