“Dave and Jake are exceptional! I arrived at our house after having been away for a couple weeks and walked into our 1st floor buckled like I’ve never seen before. I immediately looked for a plumber and called Dave. He answered the call, listened to my plight and said he’d be over in a few minutes. Bottom line…Dave and his son Jake arrived at a septic backup…dug up the septic cover and revealed a clogged pipe that wasn’t allowing water to exit and thus caused a water backup into the house while we were away.

“We have had great experiences with Robies. Most recently, they replaced two ductless split AC units in our home. It was a big job and it involved both installation work and electrical work. Even though we called them in the heat of summer, when they are incredibly busy, they were relatively prompt in visiting our home to assess our needs. They were also prompt in in sending an estimate for the job and in scheduling the work. The installers and electricians who completed the work were terrific. Good people who were obviously skilled in their work. They arrived on time, did an excellent job in putting the units in place, handled the electrical issues without a glitch, and were very helpful in explaining everything to us. “We used Flaherty Heating and Air Conditioning to install two mini-split air conditioning units in the bedrooms on the second floor of our summer home in Harwich Port. Kevin was recommended to us by our plumber and it turned out to be a good choice. After we signed him up for the job, an extraordinary heat wave hit the area and so he was not able to get the job started as quickly as we would have liked. Once he hot started, however, he was there nearly continuously until it was finished. Kevin was accessible by cell phone and accommodated our need to have the project completed by a certain date (when we had a large contingent of family visiting and definitely wanted the AC working on the second floor (which before the minisplits were installed would get extremely hot in the summer even with all the windows open). Kevin worked, without complaint (and without any extra charge!) on the Saturday and Sunday prior to our family's visit to be sure the job was completed on time (we still had to arrange for the electrician to connect the system power supply). I was particularly impressed with how neat they kept the house over the course of the work, and what attention was paid to the appearance of the outside condenser and the pipes going to and from it along the side of the house (which were enclosed with neat, unobtrusive sleeves/covers. Totally satisfied with the work, the price and the professionalism shown by Kevin Flaherty and his workers.“

“New to the area, we found Aqua on google. we didn’t install the system ourselves and we wanted to know what we were dealing with. Doug and his team helped us with a variety of needs including servicing / cleaning, repair of corroded line sets, clean up poor installation and drywall patch. Doug was very helpful in explaining the issues as it was a large expense. When the tech Tyler left, the system was in tip top shape. We used the system and discovered one of the units wasn’t draining properly. Emailed Doug in the evening and by the time I called the office the next morning they already had a tech on the way out. He quickly repaired the issue - yet another present from the prior owner installation.
