I’ve had dental care at Ellen Jones for over 10 years. My first dentist was Joao Costa, DDS. He was fantastic.. I miss his demeanor. More recently I saw Dr. Ghandi who helped ease my anxiety and walked me through the procedures. His bedside manner was awesome! I’m now being seen by P. Venigalla DDS. He’s also quite knowledgeable, patient and I’m very pleased so far. The front desk is professional and will spend time to explain anything I need to know. I’m always able to get an appointment before things become emergent. I highly recommend Ellen Jones Dental Center!
I appreciate the people who work here so very much! I am someone who is absolutely terrified of the dentist. I know most people are, but I tend to have the water works turn on no matter how hard I try to suppress them, or have panic attacks as soon as I see needles. It can be embarrassing and frustrating, but I’ve been trying my best to overcome this irrational fear. I feel extremely lucky to have received the kindness, patience and understanding that the staff here have afforded me. If it weren’t for them, I don’t know that I’d have the courage to go at all. I used to love this place. Last cleaning I had I was basically water boarded and so fast it did nothing. I still have plaque behind my teeth. I get it’s a teaching place but we should be able to critique the jobs so they learn better skills
