“Because of 3 bulging discs in my cervical spine and severe bone spirs my neck muscles are extremely tight. I have episodes of severe muscle spasm. Because of this I have difficulty 0}p} my head and I am in constant pain.I havebeen going to Nancy for 3 weeks. I'm not going to lie the massage is painful but the result is worth it. I had positive results after my first massage. With each session the pain during massage is less . I can now hold my head up a little higher.)
