I had them come out and service my 22 year old Enviro Windsor, the auger motor stopped dropping pellets. They found a putty knife jammed in the auger, bent it and burned out the motor, it must have been in the bag from the factory. They replaced the auger motor and cleaned the stove and it is running FANTASTIC ! I use to run it on #3 ( out of 5), now I'm running it on #2 and it is still to hot. Thank you !

I called Hearth Heating today. I was struggling with the battery backup option for my gas fireplace. They came to my home within an hour. They walked me through it and were so helpful.

Was in a pinch today and needed a part for my englander stove. Called multiple places prior to reaching out to hearth and was told they either didn't have the part or just didn't answer or call back. Called hearth and not only did they have the part at reasonable price, they were super helpful and knowledgeable. 10/10 will use again and will call when I'm shopping another unit. Thank you guys!
