I had them come out and service my 22 year old Enviro Windsor, the auger motor stopped dropping pellets. They found a putty knife jammed in the auger, bent it and burned out the motor, it must have been in the bag from the factory. They replaced the auger motor and cleaned the stove and it is running FANTASTIC ! I use to run it on #3 ( out of 5), now I'm running it on #2 and it is still to hot. Thank you !

I had trouble getting my gas fireplace going this fall. They were really accommodating and Steve got it going right away ! Highly recommend !!
