Ion Sajin , is the owner and Contractor of General Cape Realty and Renovations. He camed referred to me.I needed most of my trim repaired ,replaced, and painted. My clapboard needed repair and paint. New lights and a lot more. He is most thoughtful and fairly priced for such quality work. Easy to talk with. Will go out of his way to make the job right and customer happy.
