“We have been using Arbor Care at our home in Medford for 20 years. My husband and I are both landscape architects and are very fussy about our trees; we appreciate their ecological value and the ambience they create, including how they look from inside the house. When we bought our house, the trees were ordinary if not ugly, and Arbor Care transformed their appearance and health significantly. They have a great eye for pruning any type of tree and always remain true to its natural shape. We've also used them to remove medium and large trees, provide cables for weak branches, feeding, and they helped with satisfying our homeowner insurance's requirements for keeping trees away from the roof. Mark is a true plantsman. He is really responsive and surrounds himself with great collogues in the office and out in the field. “Excellent service and high quality results: Schwan's Tree Care will be my go-to arborist going forward. Alex and team worked on 4 substantially overgrown large trees in my yard. They did an excellent job, taking care of damaged limbs, overhang onto the roof, branches near overhead lines, and low branches over sidewalks. They shaped the trees absolutely beautifully and now my yard has enough sun coming through that my lawn has a chance of growing back. They worked efficiently, had excellent communication, and were tidy. They opened up the trees without cutting back too much: it's clear they know a lot about tree health! Great value and easy to pay via paypal. We had a few arborists give us quotes and Schwan's Tree Care was the best one. They are understandably busy so they did need to book us out a few weeks ahead, but they did the job in the week planned and had excellent communication about a brief delay due to weather. Impressive they were able to stay on track given the many thunderstorms in our area lately. As an added bonus they were also very dog friendly!“

“We had a massive, 40 foot pine tree fall onto our house during a storm. Royer was incredibly quick to respond to our emergency call, and was on site within two hours to assess the situation. Bobby talked us through the entire process, coordinated with our roofer, and even returned to the house later in the day to check on us. Royer was unable to remove the tree in the midst of the storm because of high winds, but returned as soon as it was safe with a full team to complete the job. They were efficient, incredibly careful, and extremely responsive throughout this entire event. This is the third time we have worked with Royer (the first in an emergency!), and they have always been absolutely superlative! Thank you to Royer for making a nightmarish situation as easy and stress-free as possible.“

“This company is amazing! They are true professional. We received a quote from Pema Tree services almost a year ago. He followed up with us twice and not in a pushy way. We told him we decided to wait and he fully respected that. A year later we call and he came back out and gave us a great price. His crew was professional and amazingly quick. They cleaned up as they went. We have had about 10 large trees and 6 smaller saplings. They respected the land as well as the property. The were so great I feed them lunch on their last day. I couldn't recommend them anymore than I do now. They are amazing Thanks for the hard work!“
