Ilana is incredible! I came in not knowing what I really wanted, just what I didn't like about my hair. She was great at communicating how she planned to fix it, made sure I was comfortable with the changes, and paid SO much attention to detail. Super satisfied and highly recommend.Service: Haircut

Ilana is amazing!! I have wavy/curly hair so I'm pretty picky about hair cuts. The cut I got from Ilana is absolutely perfect, she gave me exactly what I asked for and it looks so good. She's friendly but also focused and not too chatty - it was a comfortable, chill environment.

Tucked between The Armory and a delicious coffee shop, Work Shop Salon is a local GEM! I have a lot of anxiety around having my hair cut and putting my trust in Ilana has taken all of that anxiety away. She listens to what I want and then takes the time (and patience) to craft my hair into exactly that. And does it in such a way that it looks good for the months it takes me to get around to make another appointment. I'm pretty low maintenance so she cuts my waves in a way to ensure they always look good with my bare efforts of styling.
