What I appreciated most was the way in which they partnered with us -- responsive at all times, solving through surprises together, and always going the extra mile to support our needs. Navigating through a process that involved many uncertainties, NAD was always our first call whenever we needed something and the one team that we truly felt we could always rely on.

Our property was built from the ground up by North America Development. The team had been phenomenal from the day we inspected the house up until today. 3 years in and they have been following us every step of the way. Any question, any problem, any issue that we ask and consult them on, they always respond and address them in a timely and professional way. They gave us a beautiful home and they continue to guide us through maintaining it. We appreciate this company and we value the entire team Orlys, Bruno, Jason and the rest of the crew.
