“I have taken small group fitness classes with Hannah for 1.5 years now and they have had an immense positive impact on my mobility and overall fitness. Hannah is a fantastic coach who does a great job making a connection with you, understanding your needs, and helping you develop a stretching and movement routine that will make your body feel better. I can't recommend her enough!“

“Wonderful experience with Asi. Due to pandemic I didn’t get much personal care time I hoped for in pregnancy or early post partum. this was a special, much needed post partum massage & relaxation experience. Can’t wait to go back“

“Sam is an amazing sports massage therapist and I can't recommend him enough for competitive athletes training for high performance competitions. I play ultimate frisbee competitively at a national and world level and I see Sam for all things, tournament recovery, injury prevention, and post-injury treatment. He understands body mechanics better than any other massage therapist I know and individualizes his treatment based on your body and your sport needs. I've seen him for cupping, deep tissue work, KT taping, you name it - he is constantly upskilling and has various tools to support all needs.“

“My first ever massage was a great experience. The masseuse gave me an overview, checked in occasionally and was receptive to my feedback on pressure. They also provided a hair tie which I forgot! The space felt very safe & relaxing, too.“

“Boyfriend and I got a couple massage. They gave us promo for $130 for first timer which was super worth it! Love their new setting here in Somerville, much cleaner, modern, and staffs are really nice. I love that they don’t go stingy on using hot rocks and towels as alot of massage places do. Came out having my back with less back pain :)Thank you Thaiwellness, we’ll be back“

“I've been going to Katrina for massage for almost ten years, and hands down she is the best in the area: high quality, professional, clean, personalized services, and very intuitive. When I walk in the door, I immediately feel my shoulders relax -- it just has that vibe. Katrina really listens to her clients' needs and tailors each session holistically to what is going on physically and emotionally, and gives tips on how to apply methods of relaxation and massage into your daily life. She also does wellness coaching and has a wellness circle. Until you go to Katrina for massage, you don't know what you *aren't* getting elsewhere! I highly recommend Living from Center.“

“Spectacular massage. Really relieved tension, some of which I didn't even realize I had. I had never had a Thai massage before and was pleasantly surprised; I asked for strong and it was wonderful. Mary was aware of my past injuries ect and I was comfortable the entire time.As an added bonus the two little doggos Chicken Wing and Cumo were able to stay and vibe with me. Cherry on top of an already great experience.“
