    I wanted to start lifting weights after an injury and to keep from losing muscle mass as I get older. A couple of people recommended their trainer, John, and I’m glad they did. John lets me go at my own pace and runs a friendly gym. It’s almost two years later and I’ve been consistently lifting weights twice a week and am much better off strength-wise thanks to John—so now it’s my turn to recommend him!

    I’ve been training with John for over two years to increase my strength, primarily through powerlifting. He customized a workout that has enabled me to surpass prior PRs and he’s been really great at coaching my form. His new gym in Cambridge is clean, spacious, and outfitted with plenty of equipment. I highly recommend John to any one of any age in need of a personal trainer.

He is extremely knowledgable and his sessions are enjoyable, focused, and thanks to working with him, I'm the most consistent I've ever been with my workouts.His programs are tailored and I strongly recommend him to anyone interested in improving their fitness.
