Without a doubt, deciding to work with Jeff was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. This time last year I was stuck. I had an unclear vision of my future and was addressing the wrong issues. After working with Jeff for the last number of months, the changes in me have been substantial. He really knew what to ask, what to work on, was so easy to talk to, and I’m in a better spot now than I ever thought I could be. So much more than a Life Coach! I had the pleasure of working with Jeffrey Siegel from September 2023 through December 2023. Over that time (and since) Jeff's unique style of supportive listening, encouragement, and mindful empowerment helped me get to the root causes of why I was making the unhealthy choices I was.
