Mike and his team are the best of the best. Their price was very competitive with other bids, so if I were you, I would not even shop around. The job was completed to perfection, and it was a big job with a lot of complications. Mike was unbelievably flexible and helpful. It was like working with a family member. I had every confidence that he used the same care that would be used if it were his own home. The crew were always friendly and polite, and they left the site in great condition. I've done quite a bit of renovation-type work and this was by far the best experience I've ever had.
My husband and I engaged Mike and ICS for a complete exterior remodel on our duplex in Cambridge, which included (i) installing James Hardie siding and Azek trim, (ii) rebuilding our rotten back porch with composite decking and railings, (iii) installing roofing shingles on the mansard portion of our roof, (iv) removing insulation in our attic that had previously been improperly installed between the rafters by a prior owner, (v) installing new front and back doors, and (vi) installing new interior trim around the front and back door. We have used ICS for several exterior projects at 2 different properties. Both times our siding turned out awesome and all of the issues we had with our old siding and window materials were remedied. No more leaks!
