Drain Doctor snaked my bathroom and kitchen drains a couple years ago, and they came to the rescue again today to help with a clogged toilet. Joe arrived within the hour after I got off the phone, and he was fantastic!

This was the first time we had ever used the Drain Doctor and have nothing but good things to say about them. Both our kitchen sinks and bathroom sink were backing up and the water would not recede. I called Drain Doctor say approximately 10:30 am and the gentleman that answered was polite and professional. I explained our issue and he said he would have someone out between 12 and 2. At 11:50 am David from Drain Doctor showed up . He was friendly and extremely informative telling my husband what happened and how he would take care of it. Stevie F. was professional, courteous and efficient. We had an unfortunate situation at my Mother’s house in her basement. Stevie F. arrived within 20 minutes of the call. After he assessed the situation, he explained everything he was doing, why he was doing it and gave us some recommendations. Grateful for Stevie and that we have people that can do this work.
