I asked for a specific design and was told that it could be done. When everything beside the design was done, I was then told that my design couldn't be done because they didn't have the color. When I chose a different color, I was told "I can't make it look like the picture". Even though they couldn't do the design, I was still charged for their gross attempt :(

Love this salon - convenient and the ladies are so sweet and professional (even when dealing with challenging customers who expect to walk in and be seen immediately on a weekend when they are busy). They try to fit every one in and make everyone comfortable. I was just there today and my nails look fantastic again!! My last gel from here lasted 3 weeks. Thank you Tea !
