    I am a client with them. My cat Stella had a cyst and walked in asking if the they could take a look at it for her. It wasn't an emergency. The lady at the front desk said she would see Stella at 9 am, so we sat in the car. Never once did anyone ever mention that there would be a $105. 00 for an emergency visit. Even when she did an items overview of the bill. I found out when I looked at the bill at home. Very disappointed

    Like some others who posted recently, I have been taking my cats here for a long time, but my experience at our annual visit today was shocking and terrible. The vet I saw refused to examine my cat in my presence and said it was because she "felt uncomfortable handling cats without assistance". So, she took the cat away for the exam and vaccinations. It made me very nervous, and she did not even come back to talk to me at the end of the appointment. The tech just brought the cat back and dropped him off with me. I'm honestly not even sure they really examined him. I am very disappointed, as this has been a great place in the past. I'm not sure what happened to them, but wanted to warn others about the recent issues and recommend looking for another practice.

    I had an appointment for 1:30pm yesterday 11/4/23. I was running late so I called and notified the receptionist that I would be late and that the GPS said 1:44/1:45 arrival time. I was told that although generally they do not accept appointments after 15 mins that it was okay. I responded with "okay, I will try my best to hurry, maybe speed a little". The lady responded with "Dont worry about it, you will be fine, I will notify the vet". I got there after parking and paying for parking at 1:46. That is the time I saw on my phone when I was told I was "too late". I was in complete disbelief as I was led to believe over the phone that it would all be fine, and then told otherwise once I got there. If they had a hard 15 mins rule then they should have told me to reschedule and not try and make it in. It was a COMPLETE AND UTTER DISREGARD AND DISRESPECT FOR MY TIME. I understand I was running late, I called to notify them, I wished they would have let me know that I would be wasting my time by even trying. I would have turned around. I notified them of the GPS arrival time, maybe if I had run a red light or two, it would not have been a problem. Needless to say, my Samoyed and I will no longer be going there.
