just talked to the receptionist was very rude didnt let me talk just kept over talking i was trying to make an appointment when therapist crowley had an opening i was at therapist crowleys disposal as my appointment were over very rude people should talk to people the way they want to be talked to not running them over speed talking and not listening if i could rate zero i would have

Absolutely terrible. From the reception to the doctors. My shoulder had been dislocated for 3 months and for some reason just getting a hole of these damn people to receive cat scan results. I wouldn't come here again on my death bed.

Inconsistent information for patients… they said they are open at 7:30 AM, but nobody answers the phone. In fact, nobody responds to anything, including MyChart questions. Good luck trying to cancel your appointments - it tells you to call, but calls will never get through. Only one or two PTs know what’s best for their patients. I’m speechless with CHA.
