CHA Eye Center, Somerville Campus

I’m here, after just having gotten fitted with contact lenses (well, one contact lens) by Dr. Lixin Zheng. He’s great! So nice! He has carefully reviewed my medical history and had the perfect contact lens ready to go!

The receptionist is very pleasant and helpful. I watched her offer sunglasses to an exiting patient.
I highly recommend this CHA Malden Eye Center!

The only negative thing is the difficulty finding The itself. There were no signs on the first floor. You have to go to the second floor. Just give yourself an extra ten minutes to find it.

My experiences at the CHA Eye Center have been positive ones. The most difficult part of the experience is navigating the phone tree to actually get to the right person to make the appointment. I had to give my information to at least 3 people and the hold times were ridiculous. It should not take 40+ minutes on hold to schedule an appointment. I removed a star because of this.

I went to CHA Eye Center at the advice of my primary care doctor. I arrived late but the staff were courteous and accommodating. The assistants and doctors were warm and friendly and took the time to explain my diagnosis and treatment plan. I will be back!
