*UPDATE: I can't even recall how much time has passed and my nails are still not recovered from the aggressive service. Not only did two nails get infected, but my nails are so weak I cannot get them to grow. They constantly split and break. Run so far away from this salon! I used to love coming here, but the service I experienced today was enough to make me "break up" with this nail salon. I usually walk in, but after the last couple times where the front desk seems annoyed by this (though they accept walk ins!), I decided to book an appointment online. I went in today with Saly and let me just say she was amazing!! I showed her an inspiration photo of what I wanted and she went above and beyond!!!???? thank you!!!

Drove an hour and a half to this salon on a Friday to get a pedicure and gel x nails for a wedding I had the next day. Requested almond shaped ombré french. The next day I noticed that the tips of my nails were beginning to chip. I also noticed that the top coat was unevenly distributed on my nails and was missing in spots. On Sunday I lost a nail entirely! They also left hang nails and cut my cuticle while trimming which I did not notice until after I paid AND tipped and left the salon.
