Dr.Polis along with the techs and receptionists will always have our gratitude. When we thought something was wrong with our Jelani they told us to bring her in right away and they were the first step in her recovery. Dr.Polis acted very quickly and advised us as to what our options were and was completely honest. This was one of the hardest things we have ever gone through but because of the help we received we are overjoyed to see our kitty more energetic than ever. I have been going here since since last year. Dr Polis, Kaylyn, Tiara, Skylar, Amiya, Kenna, Karen, Riley, Taylor and other staff devoted their time to help comfort me when my cat was terminally ill, offered treatment options to keep him comfortable, and ultimately helped me allow my best friend to cross over the Rainbow Bridge. The staff never pressured me into decisions and they always allowed me time to decide what I needed to do. Dr Polis's attention to detail, her gentle touch, and her gentle soul puts me and my animals at ease during a stressful time. Ok, lil history.. I adopted my cat from forever Paws(5stars for them as well) and they got him from Puerto Rico, so he had to go through a lot to get to me.. when I got him, he had had all his shots. He was chipped he was neutered he was good to go. He quickly became my best friend. One morning I wake up around 5 AM and I notice he’s got one leg tucked underneath him and he’s walking limping. Now I’m freaking out because my boys in pain and I wanna know why. So I called my mom!!!??.
