Mark Wade at Pomfret Florist is phenomenal. I needed sunflowers for my mom and a dozen roses for my husband for a post-Valentine’s Day surprise. Mark greeted me immediately, dropped everything, and created two gorgeous custom bouquets in under 10 minutes. They were absolute showstoppers… and both recipients LOVED them. Pomfret Florist is warm, welcoming, efficient, and LGBTQIA+ friendly. A++++ all around. Highly recommend!
Been getting roses at Pomfret for two years now . Both have been excellent. Flowers seem fresh and look fantastic . Last year I came in on Valentine’s Day and thought I really messed up not ordering before hand . They said no problem and I was able to pick up later in the day . Great gift shop and counter with a great selection of truffles .
Beautiful table top arrangement ! Loved it with some slight changes in the flower colors .It seemed larger than the original online photo .Customer service on phone was top notch .I'm sorry I can't remember the young lady's name but she was very professional yet personable ! Would choose them again !
