“The crew was completing the removal of a downed tree from a recent storm at our neighbor’s house behind us and when I asked if they could also remove a few compromised branches that were in the same area but over-hanging our backyard (and swing-set) they said they could do it and gave me a price which was reasonable for the amount of trimming and branch removal that was necessary. The crew was kind, professional, accommodating, and did a great job! Highly recommend.“

“Had such a great experience with Carlson Tree! Lightening struck an enormous pine tree in our front yard and it cracked right down the middle but didn't fall. “I was extremely pleased with my recent tree service provided by New American Tree Services under the direction of Mr. Eliton Flalho. I contacted on a Friday for an estimate on my property. Mr Flalho came on Saturday and gave me an estimate of the cost of the job that same day, which I agreed to. On the following Monday he came with a very professional team of 4 people (plus himself) and in one full day did an extensive amount of work. His team removed 6 very large trees (diameter greater than 18"), 6 smaller trees (diameter 4"-8"), trimmed dead or overhanging branches high up in 3 very large trees (height 60'+). His crew had the right equipment including cherry picker, very large wood chippers, stump grinding equipment, and huge log lifting and removal equipment with huge trailers to haul away the cut timber. This represented a very well financed and professional operation, and all work was done in a very safe and professional manner in my opinion. I would recommend this organization to anyone with large tree trimming and removal needs. I was very happy with everything about the service.“

“Steve removed a lot of trees from my back yard, and he gave me a very fair price. It was a difficult job as my back yard was only accessible from my neighbor's property. And while my neighbor allowed access, that's where her cooperation ended. Steve had to work around her fence, which she wouldn't allow to be properly removed (on my tab). Steve removed the softer wood, and left the hardwood, as I asked.He supplied his insurance information quickly. He showed up promptly to remove the trees, and he was able to tolerate my next door neighbor, who I am sure made the day more stressful than it needed to be.Before you contact one of Worcester's well known tree services with a lot of good reviews, know that last year, when I tried to have the trees removed, I contacted this very popular, large tree service. They promised me over and over that they were going to take my trees down. They strung me along and never did the job, and then left for the winter. I honestly don't think they ever intended to do the work, but weren't honest enough to tell me. Clearly they don't need the money and don't care.Hire Steve! He's a good guy and does good work.“

“I asked our neighborhood association for recommendations for tree service. Five different people all raved about R&D tree service. We called for an estimate and Romero came quickly and assessed the trees we wanted to remove. We asked about another that concerned us but he recommended cutting a few heavy limbs off to reduce the weight. He saw branches that were dead that overhang our driveway and said he would trim those off so it doesn’t cause a problem. We had to do it quickly because we are going to have our lawn reseeded and wanted the trees down first. He fit us in that same week. His pricing was very reasonable . They were very professional and careful. They cleaned up after themselves and worked efficiently. I would definitely use them again.Services: Tree removal“
