I recently had the pleasure of getting my Dutch braids and haircut done by Arbor, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Donna was amazing. I was unsure of exactly what I wanted, and she explained different length and layer options and how each would lay in my hair, or frame my face. The whole visit was so fast, and I loved my entirely new style.
