I had LOTS of problems with my computer and thought I'd have to get another one. But I brought it to Laurie @ Macs@ Work, and she fixed it AND taught me what had to be done and how to keep my Mac and me happy! Thank you, Laurie!!

After a horrific repair experience at a non-Apple certified repair facility, I was blessed to find Mac’s at Work in Shrewsbury. I brought them a 2017 Apple book pro that would boot, but that had a non-responsive touch pad and keyboard.I anxiously awaited their phone call after dropping off the computer. The message I received was, “I have good news”. Hurray!Upon opening up the unit they found an improperly installed battery and cabling, amongst other issues. Top notch Apple shop. Laurie was so kind, helpful and professional. She and the technicians had my broken MacBook fixed perfectly, (required new parts, etc....) within 24 hours. Amazing people. Thank You!
