After a horrific repair experience at a non-Apple certified repair facility, I was blessed to find Mac’s at Work in Shrewsbury. I brought them a 2017 Apple book pro that would boot, but that had a non-responsive touch pad and keyboard.I anxiously awaited their phone call after dropping off the computer. The message I received was, “I have good news”. Hurray!Upon opening up the unit they found an improperly installed battery and cabling, amongst other issues.
