“After a horrific repair experience at a non-Apple certified repair facility, I was blessed to find Mac’s at Work in Shrewsbury. I brought them a 2017 Apple book pro that would boot, but that had a non-responsive touch pad and keyboard.I anxiously awaited their phone call after dropping off the computer. The message I received was, “I have good news”. Hurray!Upon opening up the unit they found an improperly installed battery and cabling, amongst other issues. As a result of their work, they returned a fully operational, well running MacBook Pro, at a very reasonable repair cost.Thank you Laurie, their knowledgeable and delightful customer support representative, and Bob, who I dropped the unit off with.Service was fast and I now have a highly competent local Mac book repair location that I can trust. “I had an issue with my Dell Inspiron laptop boot issues, where it turns on but the screen blacks out and nothing is displayed. I have been force restarting multiple times, watched youtube videos and nothing worked. Was planning to buy a new laptop and I am glad I bought it to these guys and they fixed it in no time.
