Project Manager Ken Ta was professional and communicative, keeping me on track and involved in both information and decision-making. A renovation of this scope was potentially overwhelming, but Ken successfully guided us seamlessly through the process. Whenever I have hired a contractor to do anything significant, they have always exceeded the projected end date. Not the case here! Ken had projected that a 5 month process would be completed on July 13, and they actually finished 3 days early! Thank you, Ken, for virtually eliminating the stress in what, by all rights, should have been much more difficult!“
