I rarely write reviews (and when I do, it’s usually negative) but my experience with Carlson Heating and Air Conditioning was so outstanding that I feel their professionalism, their work ethic, and their dedication to customers should be known.

We called Carlson because our old AC system conked out just as the first serious heat wave of the summer hit (back in June). To my amazement, Mr. Carlson himself came out the next day, even though the co. was flooded with similar service requests. Carlson responded to our call for help when our heating system failed during one of the coldest weekends of the year and the company we had for years stopped providing service outside of regular work hours. Dan Carlson came over, assessed the situation, and agreed to take us on as customers, even when they were fully committed. The very next day, Dan Carlson and his crew arrived and proceeded to take out the old system (over 18 years old), and install a new heating system. In the process, he identified a couple of situations that were illegal and potentially dangerous and corrected them. Dan also examined our propane tanks and all other units drawing gas, in order to fully understand our set up. We are grateful for the prompt and professional assistance we were given. Dan and. his crew cleaned up after themselves every day they were working at our home. We highly recommend Carlson Heating & Air Conditioning.
