“We've gone to Elovic Dental for years and have been very pleased with their service. They are highly competent, gentle, and it is easy to get an appointment. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you get charged the full amount (minus any insurance). If they charged a reasonable cancellation fee (say $50), I'd give them 5 stars.“

“Really great dentist office. My hygienist is always so kind and caring. She does her job quickly and painlessly while explaining everything. I had my second cleaning here a few weeks ago and mentioned I might have a cavity, or it's just my regular tooth sensitivity getting a little worse (I have very sensitive teeth), so they took a follow up x-ray on that tooth, compared to last visit, and did a thorough exam. The hygienist and doctor both said they didn't see any signs of decay and that the recommendation was to treat the sensitivity, use Rx toothpaste, and let them know if it gets worse before my next cleaning. Honestly, this kind of plan is unheard of in most other offices. I feel like the second you mention a problem to other dentists they immediately pull out the big (expensive) plans like a filling or root canal or something worse.. $$$! Refreshing to feel like they care more about the patient than the bill.“

“Dr. Yunes & his team are professional, calm & knowledgeable. They never pressure you into any procedures. Dr. Yunes takes the time to explain options & make a plan at your pace, when it’s in your best interest to do so.
I am a very anxious dental patient, with a history of extensive work, some of which is dated. Dr. Yunes was familiar with the dated work and was able to make suggestions on how to go forward, using more up to date technology as well as what interventions last the longest. Dr. Yunes and his team excel at making a plan—what needs to be done first as well as working hard to find the most economical way to cover it.
I would say Dr. Yunes is conservative in his approach, which I really appreciated. My hygienist is gentle & really took her time & I have seen her on multiple occasions. Thank you to Dr. Yunes assistant Anthony, who is calm, efficient & patient.“

“Dr. Lee and the team at Quincy Pediatric Dental have been incredible in caring for my children's dental healthcare. My kids, now 10 and 9, have been with this office since their first dental appointments when they were little. For regular dental care, the hygienists and Dr. Lee are kind and gentle. My kids were somewhere between nervous and... very nervous. The staff is so good at working with kids, easing their worries, and getting the dental care done. My kids are now comfortable going to the dentist and engaging in all of the regular care. My daughter has had some struggles with teeth coming in straight (and some delayed loss of teeth). Dr. Lee is a wizard at gently handling these issues, including pulling a reluctant to fall out tooth without her even knowing it happened. Since then, she's gotten her first wave of braces. in the run up to this process, Dr. Lee was extremely thorough and patient in explaining the braces process, what teeth movement we were waiting for ahead of the braces. when talking with parents (and I assume kids), Dr. Lee patiently, clearly, and thoroughly answers questions. after each answer, Dr. Lee asks if you have any more questions and pauses so you can consider. This has been wonderful as we wrestle with trying to understand my daughters teeth and the braces process. I am so grateful for Dr. Lee's kindness, competent dental care, and clear communication. The entire staff is kind and caring. *I wrote this review after trying to pull up the office's hours and seeing the low overall rating. please note that many of the lower starred reviews are from a decade or so ago. Quincy Pediatric Dental is a wonderful place to go for your children's dental care.“

Forgive me, as this likely sounds crazy, but my observation is that they only hire people with positive personalities and the customer service and scheduling is superb. Olivia is great, as is the attractive woman at the desk who takes payment/ deals with insurance etc. I don’t write reviews... Not my thing. If a place sucks, I just won’t go back.
