They are easy to get appointments with, consultation is free and thorough and includes scans. The office is clean, the staff is friendly, and so is the orthodontist himself. He always checks my teeth at every appointment to make sure they are doing good and the one time I needed to come in because I broke a bracket they got me in very quickly. They have a generous payment plan and they were the most affordable out of the other places I consulted with (although not by much) but the small savings compounded with the top tier equipment and sense of trust I had in the facility made it a clear choice.

I was also really won over by the girl who did my intake, I believe her name was Alyssa, she has some serious customer service skills and made me feel very at ease with such a big decision.“

To start I wrote down the appointment wrong and showed up 45 mins early, I had made another appointment after to what I thought would be cutting it close now it was really close. “My first cleaning and X-rays with Tourister were completed today by Laura. She was simply wonderful. Her compassion and understanding were exceptional. I have been struggling with dental hygiene on and off due to mental health issues, and I didn't feel judged by her at all. She provided me with a wealth of information, tips, tricks, and product recommendations to help me maintain my dental health. Moreover, she also explained how to use these products, what they do, and how they help.
