“They’re the ones if you have a cat! My cat recently passed and I had them do all the rugs, fabric furniture and even the cat tree. They use special shampoo specifically for cats. They succeeded in getting out vomit stains that I didn’t know were on the rug under a bed. I highly, highly recommend them.“

“I called Joe after unsuccessfully using one of those rental carpet cleaners from Lowe's to clean an area rug that we had in our toddler's bedroom. After using the rental machine, the rug still looked dirty and smelled. I called around to several carpet cleaners and Joe's estimate was $100 cheaper than the estimates I was given. I emailed him on a Saturday afternoon expecting to hear back on Monday, but no he responded Saturday night with a price/timeframe for dropping off the rug. Joe did a great job cleaning the area rug- it looks new and smells great. Highly recommended!!“

My family and I have had this car for about 2 years and it has been needing some tlc on the inside, we were finally able to do that today. The Naps team gave Bernoulli (the given name of my car) needed deep clean on the upholstery, the floor, and dashboard area. This car looks and smells as brand new is it could get for a 2009 car. She is sharing photos from before the job was completed because she has some strange personal vendetta against the painters. She has made up all manner of stories about them to the other owners of the building to the point that we had to involve an attorney. J&A painted our building for a great price and was very understanding when weather and covid-19 concerns caused the job to be delayed.
