1528 Tremont St, Duxbury“Absolute best on the south shore. Multiple locations, amazing instructors and it’s most affordable on top of that. They also have workshops and specials most months and they don’t overpack classes (or pack so many people they have to tell you where to place your mat.) Some classes get really busy because of certain instructors, but the app they have does a great job of telling you how many people are registered already so you can get a sense of how many people there will be. Absolutely amazing studio.“

Classes offered during the week, rehearsals on sundays, chances to perform! You can take advantage of as much or as little of the program as YOU want. So much flexibility. If you're a former dancer, graduating dancer, or looking to add more dance to your life this is an AMAZING option! Sundays are for the GIRLS! Come dance with us!“

1948 Ocean St, Marshfield“The South Shore is so fortunate to have such an amazing place to practice yoga & to learn about other modalities. The workshops & events are absolutely incredible. The space is light & lovely. The owner & the teachers are welcoming. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.“

222 Webster St, Hanover“This practice may not appeal to everyone, but it’s always been a great experience for me. Ninety minutes of extreme heat forces breath control and mindfulness that compares to activities like surfing or boxing. It’s a no-nonsense style that requires the student to listen, focus and do what you’re told (a challenge for many). The ‘Bikram’ namesake has (deservedly) had controversy, but that in no way represents individually owned practices and teachers. Katrina does a great job. She’s extremely knowledgeable and if you enter with an open mind, you’ll leave her practice better.“
“Very relaxing, staff helpful and kind. We had the small cave to ourselves and the atmosphere awesome. Great restaurants within short walking distance and enjoyed live music and brunch after our session Highly recommend!“
