Scituate Salt Cave Yoga

“Was not really sure what a salt cave was but was looking for a fun experience with some out of town guests. One of our guests suffered a horrible injury so her mobility is seriously limited. The Scituate Salt Cave was perfect. First of all, we were greeted by a very sweet lady who explained everything that was going to happy and helped our special guest to get to her seat safely. She was so kind. We settled in and it was special and perfect. The chairs were super comfy and I loved the guided meditation which helped me relax. I am not great at relaxing. Our special guest said that the salt cave reduced and helped her pain in many parts of her body. She (and we) finished feeling absolutely wonderful and experiencing less pain. We would absolutely recommend the Scituate Salt Cave to all.“

“Nicole and her partner, Andrea, have created a welcoming yoga center to expand your practice. A feeling of love and serenity envelopes you, walking in. Nicole's energy is incredible, perfect for Buti yoga. I travel around New England, meeting fellow Butisattva's, trying different practices. Nicole loves what she does and shares her love with her students. I had a rough day dealing with some personal stuff. After the most beautiful Savasana, she shared some words that resonated so well and healed my heart. The heart chakra work in class was just what I needed. I drove 2 hours to attend this class and WILL be back.“

“Absolute best on the south shore. Multiple locations, amazing instructors and it’s most affordable on top of that. They also have workshops and specials most months and they don’t overpack classes (or pack so many people they have to tell you where to place your mat.) Some classes get really busy because of certain instructors, but the app they have does a great job of telling you how many people are registered already so you can get a sense of how many people there will be. Absolutely amazing studio.“

BikramYogaSouthShore Yoga

“This practice may not appeal to everyone, but it’s always been a great experience for me. Ninety minutes of extreme heat forces breath control and mindfulness that compares to activities like surfing or boxing. It’s a no-nonsense style that requires the student to listen, focus and do what you’re told (a challenge for many). The ‘Bikram’ namesake has (deservedly) had controversy, but that in no way represents individually owned practices and teachers. Katrina does a great job. She’s extremely knowledgeable and if you enter with an open mind, you’ll leave her practice better.“
