“Dr. Joe underpromises and overdelivers. I had an issue with my shoulder that’s been causing me discomfort for some months. Unbeknown to me until it was pointed out, I also had some issues with range of motion in my neck. Both were improved dramatically on this first visit and much of the improvement stayed throughout the week. I’m not saying my results are typical, but after he worked on my shoulder, I slept comfortably on my side for the first time in about six months and continue to do so.“

“My shoulder was a mess! I couldnt do anything with it. Rich started very slowly , gave me exercises to do at home and slowly my shoulder came back. I still have work to do but he is very knowledgble and easy to work with and im thrilled with my progress. Its a small room to work out of but it works. Highly recommend.“
