“A couple of weeks ago we were scheduled for our annual burner service and tune up. Anderson sent a polite younger technician to do his thing. When the fellow was done, he said we were good to go for the coming winter. An hour or so later, there was a loud POP and my basement was full of steam. I was unhappy to say the least. Anderson was back here within minutes. It took two technicians a day and a half and I don't know how many parts to repair my burner. The moral of the story was that Anderson took ownership of the problem and addressed it with speed, precision, and courtesy. They were able to identify a much larger problem that needed to be addressed immediately, but required parts to be ordered. Before leaving, they were able to quickly get the system temporarily back up and running so we were not without heat and hot water. He immediately ordered the parts and was able to find time in his schedule for an all day job, which they completed by the end of the week.
