Damage Restoration near Scituate

“My water heater...need I say more...Water travelled into all 3 rooms of the basement. Because of knee surgery I hadn't been downstairs for a while...it was bad.I'm SO grateful I called ServiceMaster. Jeff was great...asked all the right questions and calmed me down. His crew came in and took over. It was a complete gut. The water was removed by my brother and cousin...but it did it's damage.My parents have owned this house since 1957 (they are now deceased)- lots of memories to try and save. Their crew even found my grandmothers jewelry box, afghan my mom knitted in the 70's...pics and framed letters. I can not thank them enough!!. Angel, on the team was my Angel by finding loose jewelry for me!!The crew chief (I forget his name :( ) explained every step and actually went thru the bags of trash for me to retrieve afghan! ....above and beyond...I would use them again and highly recommend them. From phone call when I 1st called... to young lady who came today to vacuum any dust left behind. Everyone was so very professional, knowledgeable and kind - all of which is needed when you go through something like this.“
