“My water heater...need I say more...Water travelled into all 3 rooms of the basement. Because of knee surgery I hadn't been downstairs for a while...it was bad.I'm SO grateful I called ServiceMaster. Jeff was great...asked all the right questions and calmed me down. His crew came in and took over. It was a complete gut. The water was removed by my brother and cousin...but it did it's damage.My parents have owned this house since 1957 (they are now deceased)- lots of memories to try and save. Their crew even found my grandmothers jewelry box, afghan my mom knitted in the 70's...pics and framed letters. I can not thank them enough!!. Angel, on the team was my Angel by finding loose jewelry for me!!The crew chief (I forget his name :( ) explained every step and actually went thru the bags of trash for me to retrieve afghan! ....above and beyond...I would use them again and highly recommend them. From phone call when I 1st called... to young lady who came today to vacuum any dust left behind. Everyone was so very professional, knowledgeable and kind - all of which is needed when you go through something like this.“

“We needed to have our 13 carpeted stairs and our 1 bedroom rug on our second floor cleaned parts of the rug in the bedroom was really, really bad we thought their is no way he is getting some of these stains out he said he would come over @ 2:00 P.M. on Saturday I said great he called @ 12:30 and said I can come over now I mentioned I just have to vacuum the rugs he said I also do that I said okay he showed up 20 minutes later took @ 1 and a half hours I mentioned I have 3 smaller rugs laying over a wooden floor if he could do those also I would pay the extra he did those also no charge I am very, very happy with how the rugs came out they look like new!!! the cost was only $ 146.00 dollars I read some reviews about other cleaning carpet companies this is why we chose Mark this is guy is great!“
