I just had Atlantic Roofing put a new roof on my house in Hingham. I was very pleased with the detailed estimate. It gave me an estimate that was specific and easy to understand. The two owners were very easy to communicate with. They lived up to their word and did the entire roof removal and new roof in one day. The crew was hard working. The arrived early and stayed to ensure the site was cleaned up.
As my luck would have it my roof began leaking at 1:30AM February 23rd. I was in a complete panic not knowing what to do and considering it was so late and there had been so much snow already I thought there was no way I would even get a company and their crew to even come take a look at my leak for at least a day or two. I jumped on the Internet to look up a company that my aunt and uncle had just used to remodel there colonial home in Cohasset, that came out beautifully. I have a young daughter so I was up making breakfast at around 6AM when the phone rang and to my surprise it was Bob Wigmore co-owner of Atlantic Restoration; he had already been in the office and had listened to my message begging for help. He asked a few general questions regarding where the leak was and the severity. Then he assured me to not worry and his partner/co-owner; Ron Lackey would be by my house shortly to take a look. Ron was at my door only a couple hours later he came in took a look at what needed to be done and gave me a very fair estimate. He had a crew come over mid afternoon to just stop the leak until the following morning when they could fully do the repair. I have to say that both co-owners and each guy on their crew were all very hardworking, friendly, and extremely polite. The crew worked quickly and efficiently. When the job was done; they had cleaned up and removed any trash that was left over and took it with them. They did such a good job that I have since been in contact with both co-owners and partners Ron Lackey and Bob Wigmore about doing some remodeling and adding an addition to our home! I can't wait to start the projects this upcoming fall!
Very happy- they came today and removed all of the snow on my roof and water is now dripping from the gutters as it should. Bob Wigmore was very responsive and clearly explained what they'd be doing.
