Jay was excellent - he kept me updated with his progress on getting parts and his schedule, and even checked in afterwards to make sure everything was fine. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I called for a plumber and he reached out to me way before time and was quick to respond. He also was very efficient in his work. But he charges you extensively… if you don’t mind the cost, he is good in his work.

Jay replaced a garbage disposal for me in East Boston. He is responsive, flexible about scheduling (he came out on a Saturday morning at 6:45 AM), professional and left my home nicer than he found it. He made my leaky disposal repair easy.
