Joseph came to assess our HVAC system after we used MULTIPLE other companies that could not identify or address the issue we were experiencing. He knew what the issue was immediately and was so knowledgeable, personable, and kind. Highly recommend!!!We also worked with Dan, the owner, who was amazing as well. Max Heating and Cooling did a terrific job diagnosing and solving our AC problemand our hot water leak. Dan came on time and efficiently knew what to do to fix the AC system and the hot water leak. He also was so professional in answering our questionsand very pleasant and helpful. We also had our yearly furnace cleaning by Greg who was also very efficient and professional. If you need to replace your aging HVAC system, look no further than Max Heating and Cooling. These guys are the real deal. Dan's appraisal of the work needed and his estimate was clear and straightforward. The job was not going to be easy, my air handler was built into my bathroom ceiling, requiring partial removal of the ceiling, but Dan said he would send out his best guys and get the job done. The job took three days and I honestly gotta say that I felt like I was saying goodbye to two new friends when Brandon and Joe cleaned up the bathroom and headed out the door.
