My longtime waxer retired so I was on the market for someone new. Through a Facebook post I saw Ivona recommended multiple times so I tried her out. Excellent experience! She is warm and friendly but gets straight to business (a Brazilian wax is not something you want taking longer than necessary). I am pale and have sensitive skin and it was the least painful wax I’ve ever had. Now it’s the next day and there is no inflammation or tenderness.
