Great first impression! Don was so welcoming to me this morning before the place even opened. I introduced myself and we chatted the whole time. It was so nice to be able to communicate without misunderstandings and language barriers. If all goes well ? this will 100% be my new go-to place. The only suggestion I would give to other clients would be to call ahead and make an appointment because, although they were able to take me in early as a walk in they are really busy.

Great job! Small place, but Tina is excellent. I got an acrylic fill on a set that was done elsewhere that looked bad. She fixed them right up and made my nails look perfect!! She even took a few dollars off my bill because she had accidentally double booked so I had to wait a while. Great place!

I've cheated on Tina in the past with different nail techs and i always end up disappointed in myself. This place is an absolute gem in saugus. No one else can compare to the amount of care the staff puts into their work. Every time i'm getting my nails done, i always see customers coming in and Tina or her partner automatically know them. That warms my heart. My current favorite service is the hard liquid gel. As a person who has extremely weak nails, I've had a difficult time growing my nails to be strong.
