I wish I could give a perfect 10 or 500 stars. I just purchased a house and decided on a pretty big investment of ducted central AC and gas heat, tankless water heater, and running gas lines to fireplaces and more. The Chilli Willie team (especially leaders Jared and Tony) came up with the best options and equipment to meet my needs. Through the whole process, they have been highly professional, transparent, communicative, and reliable. There are only a couple final inspections left, but I couldn't wait to leave this review because all of their work has been exceptional and they came in the best pricing wise as well. Fantastic quality work and service. The technicians were punctual, friendly, and trustworthy. So far i've used Chilli Willie to replace 4 shutoff valves and move a gas line. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!
I would give chilli willie more then 5 stars if I could. I can't recommend them enough. I worked with both Steve and Tony. They were on time, professional, stuck to the quoted price, explained everything thoroughly, and gave me estimates for future work. Great price, great work, and friendly workers. Could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks Steve, Tony, and the nice ladies working the phones. I will be calling in the future for any work I may have.
