Stephen the owner came our personally. The fix was quick, new part replaced and done within 30 minutes. Great service and will be using his team for other fixes needed in my condo.
Chilli Willie was amazing to work with. We replaced our 42 year old electric heat pump. The owner, Steve, is extremely knowledgeably, helpful, and honest which are all qualities you want when you’re doing a large job. His crew of Anthony, Tony, Cross, and Jay were respectful of our home and made sure everything was in working order before they left. They worked hard to clean up the area and left our house in great condition. Jayme was also beyond helpful with the Mass Save paperwork. She helped us the entire way with Mass Save which made for a quick process.
Had a great experience with this company, from the office/service to the owner himself. I had an HVAC / AC issue during a heat wave. Jamie, who picked up my call, answered right away and was so kind and approachable, and got me an appointment that same day. The technician / repairman came over within a few hours, who happened to be the owner and was so pleasant and educated me on the issue at hand. Within an hour, the issue was fixed and paid for. Couldn’t thank them enough!
