I had a great couple weeks of sessions with bay state as I am starting to see a new course of action. A lot of gyms and trainers usually just provide information but here you get lots of people and a personal team aspect vs just individual achievement. Alex got my appointments ready and gave great efficient check in check outs with the paperwork I needed ready as soon as I got there. Shannon helped me look at further injury prevention teaching good muscle control tuning into environments and noticing temperature and posture while making motions and range of motions more complete. The staff here was very kind and patient with me. The ambience of this PT was a relaxing experience. For the few weeks I was here in 2022 when I had fractured my shoulder. The four star rating is because when I had called last week on September 12th. They were booked up until the middle of October. Unfortunately I needed to see someone asap. So I had to find another physical therapist.
