I would like to thank Doctor Lisa M Murry for figuring out what was wrong with my vision. I knew If I kept looking the problem was not my age!!!! It was just matter of finding Doctor Lisa. Thank you to Emma, Sarah and everyone else who made my office visit a great experience as well.

My experience at Opthalmic Consultants of Boston has been very disappointing. They're generally unfriendly. Feel like your nothing but a number. Greeted by unfriendly staff. Dr. has been polite but I feel like I'm just a number not a person. Dr. Moon was very cold and matter of fact in informing me my eye pressure was still high after the laser surgery and it was not successful in lowering the eye pressure and I would need to use eye drops in at least one eye. I realize there's no guarantees, but it was very disappointing since to me, an artist, Glaucoma is serious. I had hoped to avoid having to use drops for Glaucoma. Felt rushed out. It's more like a factory. When I returned home and had a question and tried to call, no one answers at any of the numbers at any of their numerous locations. Your call goes to a call center. I was on hold for 50 mins. with no answer so I drove all the way back to the Sandwich office to let them know politely that their phones weren't working and the front desk staff gave me attitude! I told them not being able to call a dr's office and get your call answered was unacceptable! I shouldn't end up the bad guy in this!

I had a detached retina that was surgically repaired by OCB more than 25 years ago. The surgery was a success and to date, I've had no problems. I have been seeing the doctors at OCB ever since for retinal exams, cataract surgery and recently laser treatment for glaucoma. I would highly recommend this practice for your vision needs.
