Best of the best! My heat stopped working on one of the coldest days of the year. I called Bill and he was able to squeeze me in. He had my heat back up and running in no time and for a fair price! Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Bill is extremely knowledgeable and always provides prompt, courteous and professional service for my HVAC needs. He doesn’t nickel and dime you with superfluous parts that don’t work. He is 100% honest and shows up immediately when he says he will. On one occasion after my drip pan continued to leak and shut off my heat, Bill came out immediately to fix the issue - unlike other companies who spend their entire first visit on the diagnosis of the issue. He soldered the pan to make it deeper and resolved the issue for me. Would recommend 10/10.
6pm Christmas Eve we had no heat. Temperature in house falling fast. Called their number and got a call back in 30 minutes. Working together on phone and FaceTime I was able to fix the problem. What excellent service!!
